I relate this article to the Justice Dept report on Ferguson, MO and the use of law enforcement to collect revenue for city govt.
Speeding laws should be enforced for safety of drivers, not for the primary purpose of collecting revenue for these small towns and rural counties, run by local corrupt and power hungry politicians.
This is not a race issue in most towns and counties as it was in Feguson. All Americans regardless of race are adversely impacted by this type of oppression, and I'm glad to see in GA, where I live, state govt. is addressing it.
